Delicious Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Paleo Bread Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxmeal
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 5 organic eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

  1. Grease a 3.5 x 7.5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a food blender add the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxmeal, salt and the baking soda and blend a few times.
  3. Add in the eggs, coconut oil, raw honey and apple cider vinegar. Continue to process until the ingredients are mixed well.
  4. Scoop the batter into the loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes or until the center is cooked completely.
  5. Allow the bread to cool down completely and then slice. Store in an airtight container for several days to keep it fresh.
